Hi I’m Melissa! I am a NYS homebased (private room) Licensed Esthetician born and Raised in Queens, New York. Something that you should know is that I am also part-time Esthetics Instructor! So with that being my appointments are temporarily limited. Let me tell you about myself, I had always had a passion for makeup and ended up falling in love with skincare treatments. Helping others feeling radiant and confident in their skin is such an amazing feeling. This is something that I love doing and do it with so much intention and heart. With the background of makeup it has also made an easy transition to perform brow services like laminations and tinting. I am in my content era and love to record videos of my facials, lami, & brow services. The deposit goes towards your service that is being booked. CANCELLATION You may reschedule or cancel your appointment on my booking site at least 24 hours before your appointment. You are able to reschedule once with the same deposit. NO CALL NO SHOW Communicating with me is super easy and accessible I have instagram, email, & my phone number. If you are more than 15 minutes late without no notice it will be considered a no call no show and will be banned from booking in the future. I don't tolerate no call no shows, I'm very easy to communicate with. LATE ARRIVAL We have a 15 minute grace period. Please contact me if you come after the grace period being that we may have to reschedule. We will try to accommodate you if possible. However, it’s not guaranteed. GUESTS Please no extra guest unless if you are bringing a guest that's also getting a service.
